Beebe Healthcare Sports Physical Clinic @ Sussex Central High School
Open to all student athletes
The Indian River School District, in partnership with Beebe Healthcare, is offering:
?? FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS
?? Date: Wednesday, August 5th
? Time: 5:00 pm-7:30 pm
?? Location: Sussex Central High School - 26026 Patriots Way, Georgetown, DE 19947
The DIAA Sports Physical Form is attached, and we will have paper copies at the clinic. Please arrive early if you need time to complete the paperwork.
